AiToLeads provides AI-enabled leadhandling, AI voice agents, AI receptionist tools, AI communications workflows,SMS/MMS tools, appointment-setting workflows, call handling tools, analytics,transcripts, summaries, integrations, and related services.

By using the Site or Service, youacknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. Whererequired by applicable law, we will request your consent before collecting,using, or disclosing certain personal information.

This Privacy Policy should be read togetherwith our Terms of Service, Cookie Policy, and any applicable order form,statement of work, client agreement, master services agreement, data processingaddendum, campaign compliance addendum, or other written agreement.

We may collect information when you or yourleads, prospects, customers, employees, contractors, or representativescommunicate with us or through the Service by phone, SMS/MMS, email, chat,voicemail, web form, social media, video meeting, or other channels. This mayinclude:

When the Service involves AI Agents, AIworkflows, or AI Platform features, we may collect and process information suchas:

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate,incomplete, delayed, inconsistent, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.Customers are responsible for reviewing, validating, approving, and monitoringoutputs before relying on them.

1.7 Payment and Transaction Information

If you purchase products or services fromus, we or our payment processors may collect payment-related information,billing details, transaction records, invoice information, subscriptioninformation, usage charges, and related commercial information. We do notintentionally store full payment card numbers unless expressly stated andhandled through appropriate payment-processing systems.

If we process information on behalf of aCustomer, we may disclose or make available Customer Data, Lead Data,Communication Data, Outputs, transcripts, summaries, appointment notes,analytics, and related information to that Customer and its authorized usersaccording to the Customer’s instructions, configuration, agreement, or use ofthe Service.

3.4 Advertising, Analytics, and Marketing Partners

We may disclose or make available certainwebsite, device, usage, cookie, advertising, or analytics information toadvertising platforms, analytics providers, social media platforms, andmarketing partners to help us measure campaigns, deliver relevant advertising,perform retargeting, understand Site traffic, and improve marketingperformance.

Depending on applicable law, some of theseactivities may be considered “sharing” personal information for cross-contextbehavioral advertising, “targeted advertising,” or similar terms. See Section 9for information about privacy choices and opt-out rights.

3.5 Affiliates and Related Companies

4. Customer-Controlled Data

For certain data processed through theService, AiToLeads acts as a service provider, processor, vendor, or similarrole on behalf of the Customer. Customers are responsible for determining whatdata is submitted to the Service, the purposes for which data is processed, thelegality of the data, the accuracy of the data, required notices and consents,and how the Customer responds to privacy requests from its own leads,prospects, customers, employees, or other individuals.

If you are a lead, prospect, or customer ofone of our Customers, you may need to contact that Customer directly toexercise privacy rights related to information they control.

5. Communications, AI Voice, SMS/MMS, and Call Recording

5.1 AI Voice and Automated Communications

The Service may support AI-generated voicecommunications, artificial voice communications, prerecorded voicecommunications, automated calls, SMS/MMS messages, emails, chats, and relatedcommunications workflows.

Customers are responsible for determiningand satisfying all consent, disclosure, identification, registration, opt-out,recordkeeping, do-not-call, call-time, and compliance obligations applicable tocommunications initiated, sent, received, processed, configured, or facilitatedthrough the Service.

5.2 Call Recording, Monitoring, and Transcription

Calls and communications may be recorded,transcribed, monitored, analyzed, summarized, stored, or reviewed where legallypermitted and disclosed. Customers are responsible for determining whethernotice, consent, or other authorization is required before using the Service torecord, monitor, transcribe, analyze, or store any communication.

5.3 Opt-Outs and Suppression

We may process opt-out, STOP, unsubscribe,do-not-call, revocation, and suppression information to help operate theService, maintain compliance records, and prevent further communications whererequired or configured.

6. Cookies, Tracking, Analytics, and Advertising

The Site may use cookies and similartechnologies to help personalize your online experience, operate the Site,remember preferences, analyze Site usage, measure advertising effectiveness,and support marketing campaigns.

We may also use pixels, web beacons,browser cache technologies, local storage, statistical identifiers, clear gifs,embedded scripts, and similar technologies. Even if you opt out of marketing emails, we may stillsend non-marketing communications, such as transactional, service, billing,legal, security, account, or administrative messages.

7.2 SMS/MMS Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number andopt in to SMS/MMS communications, we may send you text messages related toinquiries, demos, services, appointments, updates, promotions, account notices,or other business purposes, where permitted by law.

Even if you opt out of marketing SMS/MMSmessages, we may still send transactional or service-related messages wherepermitted by law.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as longas reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this PrivacyPolicy, including to provide the Service, respond to inquiries, maintainbusiness records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforceagreements, prevent fraud, maintain security, support compliance, and supportlegitimate business operations.

  • Whether retention is reasonablynecessary for business operations.

We will not discriminate against you forexercising privacy rights available under applicable law.

10. Security of Personal Information

AiToLeads uses reasonable administrative,technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personalinformation from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, loss, misuse, oralteration.

When personal information, such aspayment-related information, is transmitted to other websites or paymentprocessors, it may be protected through encryption, such as Secure SocketsLayer (SSL) or similar technology.

We strive to take appropriate securitymeasures to protect personal information. However, no data transmission overthe Internet, wireless network, website, platform, AI tool, communicationssystem, telephony system, messaging system, or storage technology can beguaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect personalinformation, you acknowledge that:

  • There are security and privacylimitations inherent to the Internet and technology systems that are beyond ourcontrol; and

AiToLeads does not knowingly collectpersonally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. The Siteand Service are not directed to children under 13.
