3.4 Advertising, Analytics, and Marketing Partners
We may disclose or make available certainwebsite, device, usage, cookie, advertising, or analytics information toadvertising platforms, analytics providers, social media platforms, andmarketing partners to help us measure campaigns, deliver relevant advertising,perform retargeting, understand Site traffic, and improve marketingperformance.
Depending on applicable law, some of theseactivities may be considered “sharing” personal information for cross-contextbehavioral advertising, “targeted advertising,” or similar terms. See Section 9for information about privacy choices and opt-out rights.

Customers are responsible for determining whatdata is submitted to the Service, the purposes for which data is processed, thelegality of the data, the accuracy of the data, required notices and consents,and how the Customer responds to privacy requests from its own leads,prospects, customers, employees, or other individuals.
If you are a lead, prospect, or customer ofone of our Customers, you may need to contact that Customer directly toexercise privacy rights related to information they control.
5. Communications, AI Voice, SMS/MMS, and Call Recording
5.1 AI Voice and Automated Communications
The Service may support AI-generated voicecommunications, artificial voice communications, prerecorded voicecommunications, automated calls, SMS/MMS messages, emails, chats, and relatedcommunications workflows.
Customers are responsible for determiningand satisfying all consent, disclosure, identification, registration, opt-out,recordkeeping, do-not-call, call-time, and compliance obligations applicable tocommunications initiated, sent, received, processed, configured, or facilitatedthrough the Service.
5.2 Call Recording, Monitoring, and Transcription
Calls and communications may be recorded,transcribed, monitored, analyzed, summarized, stored, or reviewed where legallypermitted and disclosed. Customers are responsible for determining whethernotice, consent, or other authorization is required before using the Service torecord, monitor, transcribe, analyze, or store any communication.
5.3 Opt-Outs and Suppression
We may process opt-out, STOP, unsubscribe,do-not-call, revocation, and suppression information to help operate theService, maintain compliance records, and prevent further communications whererequired or configured.
6. Cookies, Tracking, Analytics, and Advertising
The Site may use cookies and similartechnologies to help personalize your online experience, operate the Site,remember preferences, analyze Site usage, measure advertising effectiveness,and support marketing campaigns.

AiToLeads uses reasonable administrative,technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personalinformation from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, loss, misuse, oralteration.
When personal information, such aspayment-related information, is transmitted to other websites or paymentprocessors, it may be protected through encryption, such as Secure SocketsLayer (SSL) or similar technology.
We strive to take appropriate securitymeasures to protect personal information.
